First: Ninja Warrior Structure & Desired Layout
Our engineering and design team will walk you through this first step to ensure your fitness facility has the proper style base structure to incorporate all of the aspects your facility will need in order to meet the goals of your business plan. This is where we get to know what the goals are for your business, what your vision is, really listen to your wants and expertly apply your needs to the proper structures your facility will benefit the most from.
Ninja Warrior Courses need a clean, safe and professional layout that will flow. Our design experts will take a design you have in mind and make sure the layout is optimized to allow more ninjas through your ninja warrior course safely with minimal or no obstacle reset time in between runners.
Whether your facility’s aim is to focus on training classes or competitions, both or just incorporate Ninja Warrior into a section of your facility, our experts will be able to guide you into the right style structures and custom layout design that you will need to achieve the most out of that goal, with safety being the number one priority of course!

Second: Ninja Warrior Obstacles
Knowing the type of ninja warrior course structure and layout of the course makes picking obstacles simple and fun. After looking over our LIST OF OBSTACLES simply pick your favorites and our Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course Design Experts will help you figure out where they will be best utilized and how many are needed to make the most of the space available.
Throughout this step we will work together one on one placing everything you want while making sure it makes sense with the goal. Our experts know how much space each obstacle needs to function properly and safely and we want to know what your vision is and help you make it a reality!

All of our new products are designed, manufactured and tested for safety and durability at our Ninja Lab before sold to the customer.

"Custom" is in our name and since we can make anything you can dream up, we can also personalize it to accomplish any style requirements you may have. Want a Jungle theme? We can do that! How about an Ocean or Dojo Style? Again, the sky is the limit. Choose from an endless variety of color combinations, materials, engraving and special requests. We will work with you to bring any concept to life! Although a standard setup is great in itself, personalizing your equipment allows your gym to stand above the rest and helps with your branding. Flooring, Padding, Parkour Obstacles and More!
Ninja Sports Manufacturing will guide you through the different styles and types of flooring needed for underneath your ninja warrior courses with the pros and cons of each. We also will make sure you dont forget some of the other essential items that are not usually the first thing you would think of when designing a course such as padded transfer boxes for between the sections of your courses, column covers for safety and soft parkour obstacles such as incline wedges, boxes, barrels and balance beams!
If you are looking for a little more pizzaz for your ninja warrior space to help your facility stand out from the rest, then let us help you add some flare! We can add special lighting to the trussing, or an interactive rock wall for example that lights up the holds the kiddos should grab onto next! Third: Blueprints, and Building Codes
Ninja Sports Manufacturing is exactly what it sounds like, a manufacturing company that specializes in the design of ninja warrior obstacles and courses. We have a lot of experience working in different cities all across the United States and rules vary exponentially from place to place.
Most ninja gym owners find that they need to get approval from the city or make sure things are up to their cities building codes to maintain the projected opening date for their ninja gym. While we can come up with an install date, show up and install a ninja course for you, it will not help you at all if once your building inspector comes by and tells you that you need to change a bunch of things about the placement, the build, the way its mounted to a wall or floor or how far it is from a doorway or window. Our team never wants to see technical things like this get in the way of the very exciting opening day of your dream project coming to life.
So, we will make sure you have the blueprints and plans to present for approval before any installation begins. No matter how many revisions we need to make, we will make sure the plans are set and approved before moving forward. Once the plans are finalized and ready to go you will receive a package that spells out everything we discussed throughout the design and approval process which include the plans for the build that are yours to share with anyone who needs to see them when moving forward with other aspects of your facility.
The Build Package
Once the plans are finalized, you receive a package that includes the following elements:
The contract
The chosen structure/layout blueprints with dimensions
The chosen obstacles, quantities, colors, styles etc.
The agreed upon payment schedule and installation dates
The rendering of what your obstacles and structures will look like
Signatures on everything from both parties approving everything discussed and presented
*We suggest you keep this package handy as a checklist once installation is finished in order to follow along during the final walk through of your ninja warrior course with the lead installer to ensure everything is in tip top shape.
Finally: Transport and Installation of Your Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course:
After your new products have been finished we will ship to your location the fastest and most economic way possible. We will then send out a team of trained Ninja Equipment Installers for a hassle free installation. If you are handy or have your own installation team and choose not to purchase the installation portion of the package, we will still work with you or your team during the setup process to ensure a smooth transition, and can even send out a lead installer to check the work and make sure everything is up to specs before you open.
