Where the Magic Happens.....

Looks may be DECEIVING but with this simple setup in a garage , there are many great things that can happen!

What we have here is a simple Rogue Fitness rig, these can be found everywhere and there are many companies who sell virtually the same products, so we had them make this one special for us.

Since Onnit is a sponsor of Custom Design Crafts we will also show off a few items we use in the Lab on a regular basis

The Clubbell

Onnit's supreme quality 100% Steel Clubs are an excellent tool to enhance your primal fitness. Originally developed in ancient Persia as a means for conditioning soldiers and wrestlers, heavy clubs are particularly valuable for grip strength, shoulder work, and rotational core power.

With a variety of movements and infinite possibilities, Steel Clubs can be used to train all aspects of fitness, including strength, conditioning, and balance. They are also an excellent addition to more traditional methodologies like barbell training, allowing you to enhance your functional capabilities through full body exercises.

Onnit's Steel Clubs are unique in that they are made of a single machined piece of steel, powder coated with a chip resistant matte finish. Steel is a heavier, more dense metal than iron and is highly resistant to rust and denting. The powder coated matte finish is very chip-resistant, and offers the right balance of glide and traction for gripping clubs deep into work sets. Our unique steel clubs are the most economically viable, impeccable quality heavy clubs on the market today.

Chimp Head Primal Bell

By their nature, typical kettlebell exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength. The basic movements, such as the swing, snatch, and the clean and jerk, engage the entire body at once, and in a way that mimics real world activities such as shoveling or farm work.

Unlike the exercises with dumbbells or barbells, kettlebell exercises involve large numbers of repetitions in the sport, and can also involve large reps in normal training. Kettlebell exercises are in their nature holistic; therefore they work several muscles simultaneously and may be repeated continuously for several minutes or with short breaks. This combination makes the exercise partially aerobic and more similar to rather than to traditional weight lifting. In a 2010 study, kettlebell enthusiasts performing a 20-minute snatch workout were measured to burn, on average, 13.6 calories/minute aerobically and 6.6 calories/minute anaerobically during the entire workout - "equivalent to running a 6-minute mile pace". When training with high repetitions, kettlebell progression should start out slowly to build muscle endurance, support the joints and prevent injury.

Mini Peg Board

This little wonder is great for a variety training, Most people who love Crossfit, Ninja , and OCR have a love hate relationship with this item! Most traditional Pegboards allow you to brace yourself up on the wall that the pegboard is attached to. Ninjas like Custom Design Crafts' owner Brian Troche, know a secret ninja rule called no feet. This item forces that rule upon you while at the same time since this item is on a rig can allow for beginners to do progression work with the use of resistance bands. This setup applied in a gym setting allows trainers to be able to scale the workout for this fun exercise.

Ninja Bombz

Back to grip Strength training!!

Custom Design Crafts LLC. was founded on the principle of training grip Strength, in a fun and interesting way. The ninja Bombz are a core device in the ninja community and are absolutely a necessary item in a serious ninja gym! The benefit is not just for ninjas, Crossfit and OCR need grip strength as well, when going to events around the Crossfit community, we have seen too many times Big strong guys that can barely do 10 strict pullups with a pair of these or our own economy version called the the TEN-EX
