SHIPPING & RETURNS, PAYMENTS, WARRANTY

Shipping:

·         We generally ship your order within 2-8 weeks! Depending on the complexity of you order and availability of materials.

·         If you have an order that must ship out the sooner than 6-8 weeks, please call our customer service number to determine whether or not we can fulfill your request. There may be an additional fee for expediting your order.

·         If we are temporarily out of stock, we will give an expected lead time for production and keep you updated.

·         If you need to verify availability, please call us to check inventory status at (440) 552-4237.

Returns/Exchanges:      All Sales are final  with the exception of the below conditions:

·         Buyer is able to send a picture of equipment proving an error in order or defective product and upon verifying against invoice CDC will issue an exchange for the corrected equipment

·         No exchanges on items that have been modified from their original form. 

·         Goods that are returned in used or damaged condition will not be eligible for exchange.

·         Exchange requests must be made by buyer within 7 days of receipt of shipment

Credit Card Payments: For immediate approval, orders may be placed using VISA, MasterCard, or American Express, or PayPal.
Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed to in advance, terms are NET 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF INVOICE. Custom Design Crafts LLC (CDC) may require full or partial payment or payment guarantee in advance of shipment whenever, in its opinion, the financial condition of the buyer so warrants.
Service Charges: CDC reserves the right to assess a service charge of 1.5% per month on unpaid balance until paid. Buyer shall be liable for all expenses, including attorney’s fees, related to the collection of past due accounts.
Pricing: CDC prices and discounts are subject to change without notice and do not include any state or local taxes. Prices are quoted and payable in US Dollars. All orders are subject to applicable shipping, freight, taxes, and handling charges.
Shipments and Delivery: Goods may be shipped in a single shipment or multiple shipments at CDC’s discretion. CDC will attempt in good faith to meet estimated shipping dates but shall not be liable to Buyer for any loss or damages due to delay caused by CDC, suppliers, shipping company or associates.
International Shipments: We ship using USPS for all international orders. Certain products in our online store are not allowed to ship outside the U.S.A. You will be notified of these products at time of purchase and or upon purchase review by our staff. International shipments are subject to additional charges due to importation and customs fees. CDC will not be responsible for reimbursement of these fees unless products were shipped erroneously. On occasion the charges automatically collected by the website may not be sufficient for the service. In this case we will reach out to you to collect the difference. 

Damaged Shipments: Shipments received by Buyer in a damaged condition must immediately be identified to Carrier. All claims for damaged shipments must be filed with Carrier. In order for Custom Design Crafts LLC to issue a new product or refund that was damaged in shipping or with missing parts in a damaged package, you must submit a picture of the damaged package and a copy of the claim made to the carrier. If you shipment is damaged, we will always issue a refund or replacement if the package is not accepted by receiver due to damage and sent back to us via carrier. If the seal on any package is broken in any way, we recommend always refusing receipt from carrier and allowing package to be returned to CDC and inspected along with sending us a message via email or phone call notifying us of the rejected package so we can get a replacement out to you right away.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled without cancellation charges within 24 hours of order placement.  Orders may be canceled by buyer after 24 hours of order placement with a refund of 75% issued
Claims: all shipments should be checked immediately after arrival for correct product inclusion and all items in package are present and not missing. All claims, whether referring to errors in pricing, mis-shipments, defective goods, or missing parts must be called in or e-mailed to CDC within 7 calendar days.
Limited Warranty: CDC warrants that all goods shipped are free from defects in materials and workmanship. CDC cannot foresee all conditions under which CDC products will be used and therefore cannot warrant or guarantee any performance results. Buyer waives any claim against CDC for direct, indirect, consequential, or exemplary damages including without limitation, damage which may incur as a result of Buyer’s use or misuse of the product or the product’s failure to perform to any expected performance level.
