The shortest way around a barrier is over it! With the Warrior Fitness Unizoid Barrier, your warriors will learn to conquer any thing in their paths. Based on our classic Unizoid, we narrowed the top to simulate a ledge for teaching warrior vaults! Speed vault this barrier into your warriors program to give them an edge.
The Warrior Fitness Unizoid Barrier is a useful trapezoid aid for teaching transitional leaps. Great for teaching kong, side, dash and other vaults. The barrier provides a safe way to teach these vaults in a controlled setting.
Teach multiple vaults from gymnastics and free-running.
Gymnastics: Squat on, squat over, straddle on, side stoop, and stoop
Free-run: Side, cat pass, kong, dash, reverse, and kash vault
