The Ten-Ex, focuses on integrating grip strength with normal workout routines. The Ten-Ex is sold as a pair along with the attaching chain.
The Ten-Ex is made from the same durable plastic we use on our Salmon Ladders, so they are built to last! The edges are heavily rounded for easy comfort, and they are small enough to fit in your gym bag so they are mobile and can be attached to any bar!
The user is able to do wide grip focused pull-ups, as well as hanging exercises. All "EX" featured products are compatible with our pull up bracket systems (sold seperately).
